Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Client-Initiated Changes
- Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid charges.
- Changes within 24 hours are considered a late cancellation.
- A late cancellation or no-show is charged in full. For packages, one session will be deducted.
2. Therapist-Initiated Changes
- If I need to cancel, you will be offered the earliest available reschedule.
- If we cannot find a suitable reschedule within a reasonable window, you can choose a full refund for that session or keep a full credit for later use.
3. Technical Difficulties
- If a session cannot proceed due to a therapist-side technical issue, you will receive a reschedule or a full refund for that session.
- If a session cannot proceed due to a client-side technical issue, it may be treated as a late cancellation. I will use discretion if there is a known widespread outage.
4. Packages
- Packages are paid in full before the first session.
- No validity period applies. Unused sessions remain as credits until you use them.
- Packages are non-transferable.
- If a refund is requested after a package has started, sessions already used are charged at the standard single-session rate (not the discounted package rate), and the remaining balance is refunded. Any refund is at the therapist's discretion.
5. Refund Method and Timelines
- Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.
- Processing time can take up to 7 to 10 business days depending on the payment provider.
6. Missed Introductory Calls
- Introductory calls that are missed or cancelled late may not be reissued.
7. How to Cancel or Reschedule
- Use your confirmation email or booking link to change your appointment, or contact me directly during working hours.
- The timestamp on the booking system will determine whether the 24-hour window has been met.
8. Illness and Emergencies
- If you are unwell or have an urgent situation, please inform me as soon as possible. I aim to be flexible while maintaining fair boundaries for all clients.
